Old Folks Boogie

Woke up this morning

Pain in my back.

Went to my doctor,

Doctor said it was my sacroiliac.

I’m doing the old folks boogie,

doing the old folks boogie,

doing the old folks boogie,

boogie all night long.

It’s tough getting old.

It cuts like a knife.

Lookin’ in the mirror,

What’s happened to my life?

I’m doing the old folks boogie,

doing the old folks boogie,

doing the old folks boogie,

boogie all night long.

It’s just another day

my hair is turnin’ gray

I’m doin’ the old folks boogie

until my final day.

I’m doing the old folks boogie,

doing the old folks boogie,

doing the old folks boogie,

boogie all night long.
